WD Mich Bar Assoc to present annual review of the 2008 SCOTUS Term
The Federal Bar Association of the Western District of Michigan announced today that on December 1, 2009, in the jury assembly room in the Federal Courthouse in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Don Davis(U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Michigan) and John Bursch (Chair of the Appellate Practice Group at Warner Norcross & Judd) will present their annual review of the U.S. Supreme Court’s decisions from the last term.
